Positive Thinking: Week Two! ♥


Firstly, sorry for the lack of blogging! I feel like I haven't had a single moment to myself as I've been helping my mom redecorate the house all week! I did however make a point to sit down and write about my week two of my positive outlook challenge. I think it's important to keep going with these as it keeps me motivated and it's always nice to look back and see how well I've done.

 As you see from the picture, I haven't lost any extra weight this week :(
On the plus side though, I haven't gained any so swings and roundabouts!

In my defence, week two was when I was off work so instead of spending it working out, I thought I would give myself a bit of break for doing well and I enjoyed myself! On top of healthy eating, my challenge was also positive thinking so doing things for me and putting time aside for myself is also important and something I need to do more!

I thought I would also share the food diary I've been using to keep me motivated.
I found it on the One Fun Mom website and it's exactly what I've been looking for! The front page includes records of your measurements and weight.
