Love Is In The Air: Glossybox February 2014 ♥

I'm not sure if Glossybox made some New Years resolutions to make their monthly boxes better or they just heard me moaning, but I am definitely loving the latest boxes from them. At the end of last year I was ready to cancel my subscription and try a new brand but after January's amazing box, I decided to stay for another month and hope that they could keep up and deliver with Februarys.

Obviously it's Valentines Day tomorrow so a perfect theme for this month's box would of course be love so I was very excited to see what goodies would be inside!

Whats inside?

Wilkinson Sword Hydro Silk | £9.99
Obviously you want to look your best for your big valentine's date and that includes shaving your legs. It's gotta be done ladies! Personally I'm a bit of a cheap skate when it comes to shavers and will normally just buy the multi-pack ones from Tesco but I have to say although it made me laugh when I opened up my box, I'm secretly most excited to try this out the most!

Royal Apothic Lip Butter Tinties | $14
Glossybox showed a few teasers towards this product over the weeks leading up to them dispatched so I sort of knew I would get this one. It's very glamorous with it's shiny box and rose gold tinted lid. It looks too good to use so I might put on my dressing table as decoration instead!

eye shadow

MARSK Mineral Eyeshadow in Fifty Shades | £14.49
Of course there had to be a little tribute to Fifty Shades of Grey in this months box as that also is released tomorrow. Personally, it's not a shade I would wear (I tend to go for more browns ect) and I definitely would not pay nearly £15 for such a small tub. Regardless of how good it is!

so susan

So Susan Lip & Cheek Palette | £8
My heart sank a little when I saw this as So Susan had been featured in previous Glossyboxes and I wasn't that keen on them back then. I really don't think I'll be using this as much as I'm not too keen on the colours and I hate applying lipstick with such a small brush. It reminds of when I was a kid and you had those crappy make-up sets for Christmas. No thanks!

Essie Repstyle Polish | £9.99
Crap picture I know, hail the abuse. I was pleased to see that Essie was in my box but I wasn't too keen on the whole magnetic snakeskin texture feature. Is magnetic patterns on nails still cool? Oh. Either way I love the colour and even if I don't use the magnetic, I can still get some use out of the nail polish.

I'm really happy with this month's box and once again I'll be staying on for another month. I say this because on the back of one of the cards inside the box there was a little "teaser" into a product for next month and it was once again another skincare. Bore! I'm still trying to get through all the skincare products from last year!
