Quick & Easy Yummy Pitta Pizza Recipe!


Dieting really doesn't well for me and normally within a few days of starting, I'll be craving burgers and pizza. It's just guaranteed! Obviously if you've been reading my blogs, I've recently started on my 100th health kick and instead of hitting that greasy yummy brick wall, I decided to try and find some "cheat" takeaways.

My friend told me of this little idea about 2 years ago (you know who you are if you're reading ;)) and I instantly fell in love with it. The idea is a healthy alternative to pizza by using pitta bread instead of a traditional pizza base.

Now I'm a bit boring when it comes to pizza and really enjoy the simplicity of just a margaritas pizza so I don't add any toppings to my pitta pizza but feel free to add anything to yours!

You'll need:
-A pack of Pitta bread
-Cheese (I prefer the lighter mature cheese)
-Tomato puree
-& any other toppings you want!

Admittedly we probably put a little too much cheese on the pizza's but who doesn't like a cheesy pizza? Like I said above, I'm not entirely sure on how many calories exactly are in these pizzas but surely they're better than a big fat greasy stuff crust one from Dominos? God, that made me hungry just typing that!
