Hello!
The end results!
Have you tried the Ombré look?

I LOVE Ombré hair. It's that simple. Now I know that a lot of you reading this will think "Oh god, is Ombré still cool?" and "Isn't it time for a new trend?" but I personally think it's such a great hair style and it just suits so many different people no matter the length of your hair. It's all-rounder hair style!
I first dyed my hair in the ombré style back in 2012 after a few bad attempts of me being a blonde. Not only did it definitely not suit me but it was a bitch to keep up with! The roots were a nightmare! After a few weeks of hating the blonde, I finally had enough and decided to dye it again but instead of going back to all over brunette, I brought myself a light brown hair colour and applied a sort of "backwards-ombré" effect by applying it just to the roots. Like I said that was nearly 3 years ago and I still have that style.
Obviously I've tried to change it up a bit and over the past Winter months I decided to buy a dark blonde/brown colour to create a more subtle ombré effect but now the Summer months are back, I've decided I want my bright blonde tips back! To get them back in shape, I popped to my local Tesco and picked up the Jerome Russell Maximum Blonding Kit to light my ends and a Clairol Nice'N Easy permenant colour to just go over my brown roots and gradually go down my hair length to recreate the ombré look.
Obviously like I said my hair has had a few applications of colour over the years and one load of bleach isn't going to move much so I also recruited the help of the Jerome Russell Colour Toner and of course the blonde favourite, silver shampoo.

DeleteI love this! You're so talented to be able to do this, I used one of those 'home ombre' kits once and failed so much that I had to get the 'blonde' cut out haha! Also brilliant idea to do a reverse ombre!
