Tag Tueday | The Movie Tag!

It feels like it's been such a long time since I've done a tag post and a few weeks ago I saw The Movie Tag over on Renée's blog Lose The Road and since she tagged everybody to take it as well, I knew it would be rude not to so I stole it for my own blog. Thanks Renée!

What was the last movie you rented?
I don't even know anywhere that rents movies any more! Didn't they all go out of business?!

Last movie you saw in theatres?
Fifty Shades of Grey back in February!

Best action movie?
Recently it was probably Jurassic World (even though it didn't compare to the first one!) but overall I'd say Hunger Games or Lord of the Rings!

Best comedy movie?
First film that comes to my mind is Something About Mary or Deuce Bigalow. It is always guaranteed to make me laugh! I did also recently catch up with Pitch Perfect 2 and that also made me cry with laughter!

Best drama movie?
Titanic definitely!

Best romance movie?
I have to agree with Renée and say The Notebook. Or basically anything else from Nicholas Sparks!

Favourite actor?
I always used to have a massive crush on Orlando Bloom when I was younger but now I really fancy Ben Barnes and Kit Harington. I think I definitely have a long dark hair, stubble and smouldering look type!

Favourite actress?
Jennifer Lawrence. She has the exact same birthday so we're like sisters, right?

Worst movie?
Urmm there's probably been a few films over the years that I really hated but I did watch Uncertainty recently with my parents and after nearly two hours, I still have no idea what that film was about! Never again!

Best movie?
How am I meant to answer that?! There's more than just one! It's probable got to be either Lord of the Rings, The Hunger Games, Dirty Dancing, The Inbetweeners, The Chronicles of Narnia, and even a sneaky Twilight series.
Oh, and of course anything Disney!

Do you have Netflix?
Yes! But I have to admit that I rarely watch movies on there, I stay subscribed mainly for the TV shows

Favourite movie character?
Katniss definitely ;) She's just so badass!

Best kissing scene in a movie?
Once again, going to have to agree with Renée again and say The Notebook. We all have to admit that we all wanted to be kissed in the same way as their

Best death scene?
Mufasa in Lion King. I don't care that it's a cartoon or a child's film, it's heartbreaking!

Best Director?
No-one really comes to mind. I'm not that much of a movie-lover to have a favourite directer!

Last movie bought?
Ooh it's been YEARS since I brought a movie but the last one that someone brought me was the Sleeping Beauty special edition set. It came with a little booklet of drawings and behind the scenes info. It's gorgeous!

Best horror film?
I normally avoid horror films but I have tried to watch a few more recently. My all time favourite is Amityville Horror. It's just such a classic!

Last movie watched with your boyfriend or girlfriend?
A few months ago and it's ex now BUT I think it was Sinister. Terrible film though! It was far too cheesy and predictable.

What movie do you currently want to see?
I really need to see Inside Out. So many people keep raving about it and it's made me slightly jealous that I've not seen it yet!

How many DVDs do you own?
Since I don't have many places to store DVDs, I really have cut down my collection so all in all, I'd say around 100. Thank god for Netflix!
