Clearsil Daily Clear Superfruits Refreshing Pads Review!

06 October 2015

Hello!

After a phase of really bad skin, taking care of my face has really taken a "promotion" in my list of priorities. It's time I take control of my acne and horrible dry patches once and for all!

On one of my recent hauls from my new favourite store The Online Pound Store, I managed to pick myself up a pot of Clearasil cleansing pads for of course, a pound! I've used a few products from Clearasil over the years with good results so I was already expecting good things from these pads!

The best thing for me about these pads are the gorgeous raspberry and cranberry scent that hits you as soon as you open the tub. It's like rubbing fruit all over your face! Yum!

Unfortunately that's where the good times end for me as after a couple of days, I noticed that my whole face was starting to look very red and was sensitive to touch. I did leave off using the pads for a week so my face could settle but I got the same symptoms again when I restarted. D'Oh!

Even though I had a reaction to these wipes I would still definitely recommend people to give them a try as they're perfect for women on the go or just want to change up their skincare routine. Like I said above I got them for just £1 from The Online Pound Store but I think they've gone out of stock as I can't find them! I did however manage to find them on Amazon!

  1. Ah man that's such a shame that you had a reaction to them, I wonder what it is. I'm quite lucky that I never seem to have a reaction to facial things so these sound like they could be super for me.

  3. I've got pretty sensitive skin so I don't think I'd give this a go, but gah, what a shame, I love the concept!

  4. That is such huge shame because I would have expect anything from Clearsil to be good and gentle especially on sensitive skin! :-(

    1. It is because like I said in the post, I've used Clearasil before and I've never had any problems! xo
