The Easy Way To Work Out? | RunningMusicUK Spotify Playlist Review!*


About 2 months ago I joined back up at my old gym and for the most part, apart from a few down days when I really couldn't be bothered, it's been going quite well! I've built up a small routine on the machines I want to use and have even worked out a system where I change the machine when there's an advert break on whichever TV show I'm watching. That way I don't miss anything good and still get a work out!

Some days though, my favourite episode of Top Gear isn't on Dave (yes, I watch Top Gear) or I get the machine where it has no working TV/Radio and I have to resort to whatever old 2010 music is on my phone - which isn't much, and that normally makes me want to pack it in and go home.

Well a couple of weeks ago I saw an advert to test out a new workout playlist on Spotify from a company called RunningMusicUK and I could not miss up the opportunity to give it a go!

I downloaded three of their playlists available; the Pyramid playlist, the 3 minute interval training playlist and the 4 minute interval training playlist. My favourite out the three is definitely the Pyramid as it starts with a 5 minute warm up, then 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 3 / 2 / 1 minute workout (like a pyramid!) before finishing with a 5 minute cool down. It's perfect for warming you and cooling you with without doing any injury!

As well as the Pyramid playlist, both the 3 and 4 minute interval playlists are a great workout and you can also download a 1 minute interval playlist if you need more of a beginner workout!

If you're like me and can get slightly bored doing the same thing over and over and want to "spice up" your workout, then I'd definitely recommend downloading one of these playlists! Now if you haven't got a Spotify account, don't worry as it's super easy and free to sign up.
